    Thanks Andy. Excluding 3rd party in GSX resolved the issue. Now everything looks great and jetways work.

    I purchased EGLL scenery from MS marketplace. I also have GSX pro. When the airport loads all the jetways (at least for Terminal 5) appear to be duplicated and overlapping. I downloaded the 3 GSX profile files and put them in the the GSX profile folder, but this didn't do anything. What am I doing wrong?
