Hello,
I'm not sure what I'm missing here. In the OIS, I import the SimBrief loadsheet, then I tap the "GSX Load Plane" button. I hear the announcement, "Crew boarding started," and I'm prompted to choose who I want to board. I select "both," afterwards passenger boarding begins.
However, things get strange afterwards. Once the passengers finish boarding, refuelling doesn't start as expected. Since the initial fuel load (the one the plane loads with from the games menu) is sufficient for the trip, I proceed to the GSX menu in the OIS to prepare for pushback. It displays a message along the lines of "waiting for other services to finish." At this point, there are no active services—no cargo loading, passenger boarding, or refuelling. Despite this, the jetways remain attached to the plane, and I can't retract them. Naturally, the pushback won't commence either.
To resolve the issue, I reset the Couatl server. When I do this, the default GSX profile for the aircraft changes—the tug truck is replaced by a default tug with a "pole stick." After this reset, the fuel truck arrives and loads the simbrief fuel load and afterwards I'm finally able to start the pushback.
It's a very odd situation. What is the correct procedure to get the plane loaded and pushed back using the aircraft's GSX profile
