I can confirm I have the standard GSX profile installed, and I am still getting this jetway alignment issue. When checking the door alignments in GSX 3D editor, all of the doors line up. I get this on any airport where GSX states there is a default jetway (which is currently all airports). This includes all iniBuilds sceneries. Hope this helps!
