Mystery solved, some settings in SPAD.neXt, couldn't find anything, so probably some corrupted data in the profile. I exported the profile, delete and import, problem solved.

Thanks for your suggestion! Although there is no assignment in the MSFS control options, now I figured out it's something in SPAD.neXt triggered the A/THR when I move the right throttle. I don't see anything mapped in SPAD.neXt but running MSFS without SPAD.neXt does make the problem go away. Now I just need to spend some time to figure out why.

Yes, I have thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus edition and add-ons & side stick.

Seems no one else is having this issue? Is there a way to see why the autobrake is off? I have removed all brake bindings, and left it to a keyboard button, and removed all autothrottle disconnect bindings, still the same. Also, after takeoff, when I move the throttle to CLB detent, my A/THR always disconnect and needs to be reengaged manually, not sure if that's related? Thanks

It used to work, but recently it stopped working. I make sure brake isn't engage at all by assigning a key instead of on the pedals, also i am also sure ground spoilers are deployed. I am so confused.... please advice. Thank you. Kenneth

After I entered the ILS Freq, or IDENT, it gets removed after a few seconds. Not sure what I did wrong, but sometimes if I leave it for awhile, and keep entering it for a few times, it will stick. Any advice? Thanks

I have another issue, not sure if I've missed anything, after I insert the step climbs, I always get STEPS DELETED message. Any idea?
