When I spawned, somehow the landing gear and external power supply were gone. Furthermore, the cockpit interior does not even show up on the 1000 model. It is uncontrollable. Can someone please help me?

To install iniManager installation has failed There was an error while installing the application. Check tha setup log for more infomation and contact the author I got the error message I am not able to install iniManager. I have tried everything and could not solve this problem.
