  1. "Polished" is not a word I would use to describe this aircraft, unfortunately. It's getting into decent shape with a years' worth of dogged work, which tells me it was released a year too early. They're diligent and they've fixed a lot, and I appreciate that. But I worry that we're reaching the "product sustainment" phase of development, and major fixes will become fewer and farther between. At this point I'll assume that they will fix probably 50% of the remaining bugs, but that some will persist indefinitely, and missing features (ALT flight plan STILL doesn't work) will never be added.
  2. Yeah I always have to adjust the OIS and the lower MFD separately as well. Annoying.
  3. Yeah, figured it was a database issue. I found another one, in fact, farther along the same route, in the Gulf of Guinea:
  4. Relatively minor issue, but I believe I've found an area of corrupted data in the downloadable A350 terrain database. Along the Namibia/Angola border, there's an E-W strip where terrain projects too far into the Atlantic, and then the inland terrain is a weird mix of water and very tall mountains - the highest mountains on earth, in fact! The real-world terrain here is quite low elevation, and there are certainly no mountains or lakes like that.
  5. Any news on whether this will ever be implemented?
  6. Any word on whether this will be implemented?
  7. Just realized where it's getting the Trip fuel from: it's FOB-DEST. Screenshot 1, 37.3-14.1 =23.2. Screenshot 2, 37.5-14.1=23.4. Obviously that's not how that's supposed to work. Also note that the trip TIME is correct (11:13).
  8. This is on PC. I've included two screenshots here. #1, notice the Block is 84.5, the FOB is 37.3, the Trip is 23.2, the DEST is 14.1, and the EXTRA is 48. Block-FOB is 84.5-37.3=47.2, which is just about 48. The DEST fuel is correct. Simbrief estimated me at about 13.5 at landing. I have no idea where it's getting the TRIP of 23.2. Should be 70.4. Obviously it knows that, since BLOCK-DEST=70.4. The second screenshot I've loaded more fuel, FOB is 37.5. BLOCK-FOB is now 47.0. EXTRA has decreased by .3. Trip has gone up by .2 (!?).
  9. 1.2.1 seems to have introduced a bug on the Fuel/Load page. After inputting ZFW, ZFWCG, and Block fuel, the fuel prediction to dest appears. This part works as it always has. But it shows a massive "Extra" value at the bottom of the page. In 1.2.0, this value worked as it should - it was (Trip Fuel - Block Fuel). So if your Block was 50 and your Trip was 38, Extra was 12. Now, Extra appears to show the difference between the Block fuel and the currently loaded fuel (Block Fuel - Loaded Fuel). So if my Block fuel is 50 but I've only loaded 15, Extra shows 35. If you refuel the plane progressively, you can watch the Extra value slowly move towards the correct value. Very odd.
  10. The CG on the Loadsheet page isn't really a "load sheet" value. It's the current live CG of the aircraft. You can watch it change during progressive loading. This makes it not very useful - you can't input it into the FMS until the aircraft is fully loaded. It's always 25.9% when the plane is empty, and you're looking at it after importing the Simbrief load but before you've actually loaded that into the aircraft (using the buttons on the load sheet page, or progressively with GSX). I submitted a suggestion on Discord to have a field where it previews the "Estimated Load" CG, which is what an actual load sheet would show you. They said they'd look into it.
  11. The many HUD issues have been described on Discord with plenty of evidence.
