If the plane flies well and the graphics and sounds are good, I’m in. I guess if they are making the most of the Xbox system, that’s all we can ask.

Where is the info on what’s available on Xbox?

Not sure they’ve confirmed that anything has been submitted yet.

[A320neo] Dome light has no effect
BoeingSpeedbird replied to lulsgate64's topic in General Discussion
It will be great if the ‘sooner than later’ message from Inibuilds that pervades the forums came to a realisation. Wish MS was more responsive to client/customer feedback. -
Issues with lighting in the INI 320neo v2
BoeingSpeedbird replied to RYR73MAX8's topic in General Discussion
These lights haven’t been working for months. Need to wait for MS to push a sim update at some future time. -
This is a constant source of frustration for me - only fly the A320 and have been the for the past year to help get full knowledge of systems etc. Inibuilds have told us this is fixed but needs MS to push in next sim release - but nothing from MS for months and who knows know when the next sim update will be for 2020. Some, small, help is starting from cold and dark and then at least you have one working pedestal light. I share your pain.

Inibuilds/Microsoft A320neo not showing Top of Descent
BoeingSpeedbird replied to CBass's topic in General Discussion
The ILS identifier doesn’t seem to be showing (bottom left of the PFD). Check the rad/nav page on the MCDU to ensure proper ILS identifier is in. For example, EGPH automatically populates its ILS, but it is different from published charts, so I need to manually enter the correct info for the ILS to work. -
Pefomance Calculator refuses to calculate.

I think the fuelling and boarding need to complete before you can calculate performance data. This is the difference between instant and realistic, I think. -
Lighting in cockpit partially working if start cold and dark
BoeingSpeedbird replied to BoeingSpeedbird's topic in Systems
Yes, thanks. It’s totally frustrating that the lighting issues were fixed several months ago, but are not being pushed by MS/Asobo for us to be back enjoying this aircraft. -
Selected and managed speed on approach - A320V2
BoeingSpeedbird replied to BoeingSpeedbird's topic in Systems
My solution (or this might be normal procedure?) is to not select the activate approach phase on MCDU if intending to use selected speeds through flaps 1-2. I suspect if you activate approach phase on MCDU before selecting ‘selected’ speeds through flaps 1-2 that the ‘selected’ speeds disarm the prior activation phase on MCDU, which you can’t reactivate later. So, what works is this: selected speeds and flaps 1-2; gear down; activate approach phase MCDU; then command speeds to follow flaps 3-full automatically. -
Do you have a flight plan loaded and nav green in the FMA and flight directors on?

Am I missing a volume control or does the cabin call button make no sound? Also, what is the function of the loud speaker volume dial beside the avionics brightness dials?

Final APP mode not activating in RNAV procedures
BoeingSpeedbird replied to Pxdriinnnn's topic in Systems
I only ask as there are some videos of approach mode being activated but not approach phase. -
Final APP mode not activating in RNAV procedures
BoeingSpeedbird replied to Pxdriinnnn's topic in Systems
Did you activate approach phase in MCDU and make sure flight plan is sequenced? -
Using selected speed and flaps to initiate initial approach, then with gear down and selecting flap 3 I’ll then go back to managed speed to reduce workload (this is what I’ve seen in videos). However, flaps 3 and 4 don’t ever reduce speed to Vapp speed as shown in MCDU, so unless I go back to selected speed I’ll come in too fast. What am I doing wrong? Is this something to do with the timing of when you activate approach phase on the MCDU - if activate and then go selected (for flaps 1&2), can you then not get back into approach phase on MCDU to coordinate speeds and automatically manage speeds for flaps 3&4?

Can happen if FD isn’t selected.
