Autopilot randomly disconnecting multiple times during flight

I have the same issue specifically with the A330. The auto pilot disconnects and the plane begins to bank to the left. This only occurs on flights longer than 6 hours. Flights shorter than 6 hours do not have this issue. -
Right now ILS doesn't appear to auto tune in some cases. Trying placing a / in front of the frequency in the nav page like this: ex. /110.10 Right now this works for me.

I can confirm I have the same issues. Direct-to was the only way I was able to get LNAV tracking during departure out of SDF.
