For all those poor souls who are freaking out about the non-functioning screen lights on the A320NEO V.2 SU MSFS2020, here's a little trick that will alleviate the discomfort of the darkness enveloping the cockpit. I discovered that it is possible to obtain a (partial and not optimal) solution to the problem by activating and setting the reading lights on the cabin ceiling, above the pilots' heads, to the maximum level. Better than nothing...

Here we go again! A year later, the same problem has resurfaced. The 310-300 is BROKEN again! I waited for the AIRAC cycle change on Navigraph, but nothing has changed: for several days now, when you enter the cockpit in cold and dark mode, the aircraft is in a “hybrid” state between “on external power” and “cold and dark.” Nothing works, even if you start the session at the end of the runway with the engines already running. Internally, no displays are on and nothing works! It's a total mess. Congratulations, Ini-Build. Congratulations, Microsoft.
