No that's not it. I've uninstalled lvfr static aircraft and still have double taxi signs

Hey guys I've noticed that there's double taxi signs on jfk. I'm on series x. I have restarted game after download. I also restarted again after I noticed the double signs. An I the only one experiencing this? Also I noticed that there are hollow buildings. Any help would be nice before I ask for a refund
