What format should it be? Navigraph has many formats! It depends on what the FMC can read! flp or pln or another

I installed everything via the contend manager and it is still not visible in the airplane menu

Hello After the current update all planes are in the hangar but not the A310. the installation went well and the plane is in the store but the A310 cannot be selected
