  1. Of course, no product is perfect—but the frequency of these issues with the iniBuilds A350 seems noticeably higher compared to what I’ve seen with other aircraft.
  2. Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to respond in detail. I do appreciate the context and the acknowledgment that performance issues and frustrations are being heard. However, I think many of us who’ve shared feedback—including myself—still feel there’s a disconnect between what’s being said and what we’re actually experiencing in practice. You mention that performance improvements are included in each update—and that’s fair. But from my perspective, and judging by the number of still-active reports on Discord and the forums, those optimizations either haven’t made a noticeable impact or aren’t addressing the deeper issues some users are facing. This isn’t about expecting perfection across every machine—it’s about achieving a basic level of stability and performance that aligns with other high-fidelity third-party aircraft in MSFS. Releasing that many updates so soon after launch may demonstrate commitment—but it also clearly shows that the aircraft wasn’t ready for release. I get it—it’s a business, and money needs to be made. But when customers pay a premium price for an airliner, the expectation is that the product is in a solid, reliable state, with support that reflects that level of investment. I understand that new features are being released alongside fixes, but when core issues like WASM crashes, stutters, and memory spikes are still affecting users, it gives the impression that priorities are misaligned. Introducing new functionality while the foundation remains unstable only adds to the frustration—especially for those of us who are still struggling just to complete a flight. On top of that, some of these updates introduce new problems. For example, I’ve personally experienced screen freezes that weren’t present before. If transparency is the goal, a bit more insight into the process—especially for ongoing performance concerns—would go a long way. Right now, it too often feels like feedback goes in, but answers rarely come out. I want this aircraft to succeed. I’ve spent time trying to make it work smoothly, and I’m more than willing to keep helping. But right now, the frustration is very real—and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect more from a product at this level. Clement - iFlySimX
  3. Sorry but I've RARELY (can't remember the last time) had issues with VASM crashes in other Airliners (Outside of iniBuild Airliners). This is what makes all this very frustrating. With the A350 it's flight after flight and every new update, something new happen in a negative way. I don't even know what else to say....Paying this much for an Airliner and having so many issues...Not fun.
  4. So why aren't we having these VASM issues with other airliners...Why are you SOO depended on Asobo?
  5. If you looks around, a lot of people are already complaining about the Xbox performance...But anyways let's stick to the topic here...
  6. Hello, Thanks for the reply. I get that some users are able to complete long flights without issues—and honestly, I would expect that. But that doesn't negate the fact that many others are constantly struggling with problems. Just look at the number of unanswered threads on your Discord, the iniBuilds forums and the complaints from other forums. Please—seriously—take a look. They're full of users reporting stutters, VRAM issues, WASM crashes, and performance that's far worse than with any other third-party aircraft in MSFS. These aren't just occasional complaints—it’s a pattern that’s been ongoing since release. You say issues are being forwarded to the dev team, but we never hear anything back. There’s no follow-up, no transparency, and no sign that these reports are being taken seriously. Why are there so many posts on the forums going unanswered? And it's not like these are all recent either—some are weeks or even months old. Meanwhile, updates seem to focus on adding new features instead of fixing the core problems that make the aircraft borderline unusable. Yes, some updates mention "optimizations," but what exactly are they? I’m not seeing any improvements on my end. And yes—I’ve already gone through all the recommended steps posted in the community. At this point, it’s incredibly frustrating. I've tried a lot on my end—far more than I've ever had to do with any other aircraft. The support needs to be more responsive, and the product needs real stability fixes—not just new features. Again, I’m happy to provide data to help. But what this aircraft truly needs is a serious round of optimization—not another feature rollout. Feel free to contact me directly on Discord: iFlySimX Clement - iFlySimX
  7. Dear iniBuilds Team, I'm writing here in the hope that someone from the team will finally take notice. I've been experiencing serious issues with the A350 since day one, alongside some of your airports as well. Frankly, it's the worst-performing third-party aircraft I've flown in MSFS. I've reported multiple problems—both on Discord and the forums—but responses have been vague at best, usually just “we’ll forward this to the team,” with no meaningful follow-up. What’s especially frustrating is that getting any real support feels nearly impossible. You post on the forums—silence. You try Discord—same story. When someone from the team does respond, it’s the same generic line about forwarding it, and then nothing ever happens. It genuinely feels like we’re shouting into the void. Meanwhile, you continue pushing updates with new features—which I personally don’t care about—while performance keeps declining and new bugs are introduced. There’s very little sense that the real, day-to-day experience of users is being heard or prioritized. Sure, I understand that some users report acceptable performance, and that's great, but many of us clearly don’t. Just look at your own community feedback—this isn’t just me. No other aircraft in my sim causes this level of frustration. Almost every flight ends with some issue that prevents me from completing it. The A350 has real potential, but at this point, everything else around it feels mismanaged. I get that this is a business and money needs to be made, but your paying customers deserve better than being ignored. I've repeatedly offered to help troubleshoot and provide data, and still—nothing. I'm honestly reaching the end of my patience here. I just want the aircraft to be flyable and supported properly, like any other premium add-on. Not expecting much, but I hope someone takes notice... Clement - iFlySimX
  8. Just had this happened 10hours into a flight 😒
  9. @Eddie Any news from the team? Thanks again!
  10. So please have the team reach out to us so we can help and provide more information and help test.
  11. Would be great to hear from iniBuilds on this....
  12. Doesn't make much of a difference for me but I think there are multiple different performance issues....I think my is related to VRAM usage mainly.
  13. Lovely takeoff from KSFO, with a detailed airport....
  14. Same here — even after updating to V1.1.0, performance is still terrible. My VRAM maxes out at most airports, leading to constant stutters and poor performance. Also, EVERY time I load the flight with the A350 it takes about 2-3 mins to load in. What's interesting is that no other airliner does this to my system. At GVAC alone, it's already using over 10GB of VRAM — imagine what it’s like at larger airports or bigger cities. That makes flying into any detailed scenery basically impossible. And no, I don’t even fly to GVAC. I've tried the following: - Complete uninstall & reinstall - Clearing the WASM folder - Reducing settings MSFS 2024 SU2 3440X1440 | AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D | RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB | G.Skill Flare X5 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
  15. Hey all! Getting this as well on my end with VERY bad performance....Tried everything including LOD to 100 or less.
