Yes of course I have. I followed each step carefully.

Can I ask if this is an issue that the INI team acknowledges and is working on for a fix?

I followed these steps but sadly this didn’t fix it for me. 110.3 for 09L still doesn’t work. The same frequency for 27R works but both ILS frequencies for 09s are not working. When I revert back to Asobo scenery, I get them back.

Overall really disappointing performance problems versus other addons of a similar quality. Unusable in comparison without adjusting settings. IniManager download speeds were also appalling. If you're going to try to be this type of company with these types of download managers then you better get these things right or people will opt out pretty quickly. Sorry guys. The scenery itself looks very good in terms of art and design. Performance and download manager makes it a bad experience.
