No Jetways KMCO

Good morning, I am unable to get the jetways to show up after installing the profile. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello,

Would you be able to attach a picture of your GSX customization menu? You can view this menu by loading into the scenery at the stand that should have jetway.

After that, open the GSX menu by pressing "Control + F12". Once that menu opens up, look for the very bottom option that mentions a customization menu and click it. This will open a white box, please send us a screenshot of this box.

It looks like GSX is still recognizing that Control+J jetways are still present. Have you deleted the required files and installed the included exclude file per the readme?

What do you mean by GSX is still recognizing that Control+J jetways are still present? Any additional steps?

The GSX menu is indicating /J which means the default, Control+J jetways that come with the scenery are still being loaded in. Could you confirm you have deleted the required files and installed the include exclude file per the readme?

The readme just said delete the kmco-lib-jetways.BGL and placed the .ini in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX **

So yes I deleted the bgl file and put the ini file in GSX folder

Thank you for confirming Trevor. We haven't been able to reproduce this issue on our end, however I will have our team look into it.

After further investigation, our team has found that our GSX profile for MCO is not compatible with Prepar3D v5.

We will be updating our website to reflect this. I apologise for the inconvenience.
