V speeds not responding

I am using Windows version of A310.

I entered all necessary data in the EFB and FMC . When i click the button in the EFB  to calculate the V speed , I get nothing

Am I missing some steps?  This occurs even when setting the aircraft mode in EFB in ready for take off

I added the weight. I am not sure if it is the gross weight or what
