MSFS A310 FD and ILS not working properly and throttle having a mind of its own

when you load into an approach (departure set as "xxxxxx Vicinity") the ILS and Flight director dont work but they seem to work fine when the plane is started from cold and dark

You will need to flip the Pitch Trim and Yaw Damper Switches in the Overhead, then enter the ILS frequency and it works without a problem for me.
