iniManager Not Loading in Windows 11

Just bought Alderney for MSFS. Went to click on the inimanager app (which worked before) to download the airport but it does not load. I get a grey screen for a second and then goes off. Tried running as administrator and still no luck. Running the latest version 1.0.6. Need help please.
