inimanager not loading(windows)

Just bought Heathrow for msfs. Went to click on the inimanager app to download the airport but it does not load. I get a grey screen for a second and then goes off. Tried running as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck. Running the latest version 1.0.6. Need help. Thanks
