iniManager doesn't start ( closes right away)

Hello

I just purchased the A310, installed the inibuilds manager, but it doesn't open when I click on the shortcut nor the EXE located in C:\Users\kais\AppData\Local\iniManager.

I'm on Windows 10. What am I missing here?
