Which directory does the "Install livery" install to in Xplane?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\iniSimulations\iniSimulations A300 BelugaST\liveries

This is where mine is so depending on if you are using a C drive or not it will be in here.

As Noah mentioned, the iniManager will install the livery into the liveries folder of your A300, A310 or Beluga installation.
