Introducing the iniBuilds Global FBOs for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! ✈️

Today, we're excited to introduce the iniBuilds Global FBOs, bringing a fully custom Fixed Base Operator (FBO) experience to select iniBuilds airports around the world in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024!

Designed with business aviation in mind, the Global FBO introduces dedicated facilities for private and corporate aircraft operations, featuring a fully modelled FBO building, detailed interiors, exclusive aircraft parking and bespoke apron infrastructure.

Unlike traditional scenery add-ons, each FBO has been designed to integrate directly into its supported iniBuilds airport, with custom taxiway connections, ground markings and dedicated parking positions. There's no need to manually position buildings or configure scenery placements. Everything is handled directly through the iniManager control panel.

A New Home for Business Aviation 🏠

Whether you're operating a short domestic charter, planning a transatlantic business jet flight or simply exploring the world in your favourite aircraft, the Global FBO provides a dedicated starting point for your operations. Arrive at your own private apron, park outside the FBO and step inside to explore the facilities before your next departure.

Each location features a fully modelled building with a detailed interior, including a restaurant, bar, games room, gym and lounge areas. Unique furnishings and interior props have been created throughout, alongside custom sounds and music to bring the different spaces to life.

The aim is to provide more than somewhere to park your aircraft, adding another level of detail to the business aviation experience at our airports.

With the Global FBO installed, supported iniBuilds airports gain dedicated infrastructure for business and general aviation operations. For those who enjoy flying business jets, the FBO opens up new opportunities to build your own network of flights across the iniBuilds scenery collection. From executive charters and corporate transfers to private long-haul flights, you can create your own schedules and operate between supported FBO locations around the world.

Start your day at the FBO, prepare your aircraft on its dedicated apron, depart for your next destination and arrive at another iniBuilds FBO ready for the next leg. The FBO is particularly suited to aircraft such as our upcoming iniBuilds Global Jet, providing a fitting environment for private and corporate aviation operations. Whether you're recreating real-world business aviation routes or creating your own virtual charter operation, the Global FBO adds another dimension to the airports you already know.

Seamlessly Integrated Into Your Airports 🌐

One of our main priorities throughout development has been ensuring that each FBO feels like a natural part of its respective airport. Rather than adding a standalone building to an existing scenery, we've taken the time to integrate each installation into the surrounding airport infrastructure. This includes dedicated apron parking, custom ground markings and taxiway connections, ensuring the facilities fit naturally into the existing airport layout.

There's also no need to manually place or position anything within the simulator. All installations are managed through the iniManager, allowing you to select and install the FBO at supported locations without complicated setup or additional configuration. Once installed, the FBO and its associated infrastructure are integrated into the scenery, ready for your next flight, here's how that looks.

Installation Through iniManager 🛠️

Once you've purchased the iniBuilds Global FBO, it will appear in your iniManager library, ready to download. After downloading the product, you'll be able to install the FBO at any supported iniBuilds airport that you own. Simply navigate to a compatible installed airport in your iniManager library and select 'Install FBO'. iniManager will handle the installation, automatically integrating the FBO building, dedicated parking positions and associated infrastructure into your existing scenery.

Don't own a compatible airport yet? You can browse and purchase supported airports directly through iniManager. Once purchased and installed, you'll be able to add the Global FBO to that location too.

There's no need to manually place buildings, modify scenery files or configure anything within the simulator. Everything is handled through iniManager, making it easy to expand your FBO network as you add more airports to your collection.

Please note: The Global FBO requires ownership of a compatible iniBuilds airport scenery. Purchasing the Global FBO does not include the airport sceneries themselves.

At launch, the iniBuilds Global FBO will be available at 10 airports across our scenery collection, giving you plenty of destinations to explore and connect with your business aviation operations.

From the busy international hubs of Dubai, London Heathrow and Hong Kong to destinations such as Palm Springs, Innsbruck and Ibiza, each FBO has been carefully integrated into its respective airport, complete with dedicated parking, apron infrastructure and taxiway connections.

We've also included something a little different for those who have been building their iniBuilds scenery collection over the years. Located in the basement of the FBO is a dedicated Trophy Room, where you can collect mementos representing your iniBuilds scenery products.

As your collection grows, so does your display, giving you a place to showcase the destinations you've added to your simulator. It's a small addition that brings a personal element to the FBO, with something extra to discover as you explore the building.
