Our team is currently pushing a number of server-side optimizations and changes to the iniManager.

Kindly restart the app and you shouldn't experience that issue again.

I understand, he seems to be caused by two things being downloaded at the same time.
And why I can’t use VPN to download things from manager, downloading is really slow in my country without VPN
