"Unable to find safe performance data"

Hi,

since a short while I always get this error message when trying to calculate takeoff performance. It has worked before. Any way to get this fixed? Landing performance calculation is working btw.

Thanks

@iniKyle any luck yet? I have the same issue for several weeks already (did not touch the plane since May).

Hi,

I have not been able to replicate this issue on my end. Is it happening at every airport?

Thanks!

Affirm. Out of curiosity I have just tried another airport which I had never used with the A300F before (LIRN) and I got the same error mesage.

Interesting. I will continue to test this on my end.

Just tested at LIRN and had no issue.

Thanks Kyle, I appreciate your help. Very strange, indeed.

I usually start with APU running, load the flight from Simbrief into EFB, load the a/c and wait until loading is finished. Then I import the flight, insert the SID and the load values und finally get back to the EFB to get the t/o performance data, which obviously is not working any more. I use the latest version and Navigraph data.

It might be helpful to know what exactly "Calculate>>" does.

I'm wondering if there is another addon in your community folder causing issues.

If you're able, try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Make sure the simulator is completely closed.

  • Locate your Community Folder.

  • Rename your Community Folder to Community1.

  • Relaunch the simulator. This should create a new Community folder.

  • Once you reach the main menu, close the simulator.

  • Move the A300 from Community1 into the newly created Community folder.

  • Move whichever 2 sceneries you'd like to test at from Community1 to the newly created Community folder.

  • Launch the simulator again.

Let me know if that helps, thanks!
