Does anyone know how to fix this, was working fine now I get this, EGLL multi jetway tool installed

Hi, its the A380, have changed gates etc, reloaded the profiles and reinstalled the jetway tool, happens randomly and at the same gates, works then doesnt work

Wont work at all now, updated A380 to 1.0.1 and cant use the jetways at all due to the above error, getting frustrated now!!
