Ive met the similar problem

My experience was quite the opposite; VHHH Airport was actually located on the beach, only a few dozen feet above the ground.

If you have the aircraft downloaded, please try streaming the aircraft. We are currently investigating some odd behaviour when users have the aircraft downloaded.

I have not yet encountered this in the A380, but I remember that it happened at least once with the A350ULR on a flight from Singapore to New York.

So whatever the problem is, it is shared in the code by both aircraft. And whether it is streamed or downloaded is not the issue, since I always had the A350 in the manager and not the marketplace.
