Not sure if anybody can help with this, but when trying to get GSX to board the aircraft. I am asking for this via the EFB with 'Load with GSX'. The passenger boarding only takes about 1 min, it doest take that long to board over 300 passengers. Any way to fix this to make it more realistic ?

Are you using the multi-jetway tool? Or is it doing this at every airport?

Multi jetway I have only used these airports so far.

Thanks. This is currently a limitation with GSX and our multi-jetway tool. We are in conversation with GSX to find a better solution.
