Impossible to enter any data in PMS

I cannot enter any data in the PMS.
For exemple, to enter GW, I press LSK next to it, it clear the data (3 dash lines) and the INSERT is lighted, however nothing is happening when I type data on the keyboard.
There is no arrow, nothing, just the 3 dash lines.
Same goes for FUEL, SAT, etc...

Am I missing something somewhere?

Found the issue, you must enter the zulu time first, even if it's the correct one already displaying, otherwise impossible to input data!
