Hello, I would like to report two sound-related issues:

.The RAAS "on taxiway" announcements are not working, whereas the runway approach and runway announcements are working fine.

.Cabin announcements cannot be heard in either the cockpit or the passenger cabin, despite the noise-cancelling headset not being active in the simulator (EFB) and the PA volume button being turned on and fully maximized.

Hopefully these can be looked into. Thank you! (Xbox Series X)

problem with internal sound , need to turn to high volume to hear . moreover no announcement at all.

When you switch external view i need to lower because is to high. No volume balance between internal ad external view

You can adjust the internal and external sounds via the EFB.
