I'm finding GSX integration with the A380 is very hit and miss. Just to clarify before I go on. Ive downloaded the GSX profile, its installed correctly. I have checked that thr remote server is selected on within the GSX settings.

So what im finding is, when i import my flight from simbrief, I then head over to the Ground Ops tab on the EFB.

If I go to "load with GSX" and select All. I'm getting a real mish-mash of things happening/not happening.

I just went to load up a flight, parked at OMDB and started the GSX loading process from the efb. Water service arrived, as well as fuel but no catering. The refuling truck arrived but only filled the aircraft to about 1/3rd then buggered off again.

So I quit the sim and restarted. This time everything has come in order. The water and catering arrived. Then followed by the fuel truck. But this time the fuel is taking alot longer than it should. On my ECAM screen I can see "refuel in progress" followed by the FOB counting up and it takes on fuel. Now the aircraft has now stopped ticking up in fuel because its reached its limit as per the sembrief fuel upload but the fuel truck is still outside pumping for another 10 or so mins.

Looking at the GSX tab on the EFB its telling me that the fuel is only 2/3 done.

Also. Why when using the new multi jet bridges from inibuilds, does GSX insist from loading from the rear stairs?

Its driving me a bit mad to be honest.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't done the GSX part yet. But tried doing an instant load instead. The only problem I had at the first attempt was, only 50% pax were onboarded instead of 480+ against Simbrief's plan. Restarted the flight and it was okay.

Thanks for your feedback. I'll take a look at the GSX behaviour on my end.

For GSX to not load via the rear stairs, please make sure this option is turned OFF in the GSX settings.

Hi everyone,

I have just followed the steps required for your GSX profile and its coming up as GSX cannot read the aircraft type, am I doing something wrong or is there a fix for this?

I have added this to my virtuali folder and it still says the same after a restart, not entirely sure whats gone wrong. I am unfortunately not the only person in this boat, a few of my friends are the same too.
