Thursday at 04:38 AM2 days I downloaded the aircraft. Completed a flight. After landing the aircraft came to a complete stop on the runway and could not be moved.Since this, whenever i try to load the aircraft i get a warning "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG.I have a 5080, 32gb and never has this issue previously Edited Thursday at 04:39 AM2 days by MattXIX Add image
Thursday at 04:46 AM2 days I got a DXGI hung about 15 minutes into a flight, First time I have got a Nvidia GPU driver crash in MSFS.No overclocking and max reported temp on my 4090 was 68c on the Hotspot.I did have HWinfo64 running in the background so maybe tomorrow I will try another flight without that running in the background and see what happens.
Thursday at 05:45 AM2 days I am getting the same error barely 4/5 minutes after loading the aircraft and while on the ground. Loaded the aircraft cold and dark on the ground at KORD without any AI traffic. Started the batteries and external power and started to configure the EFB options and got this error few minutes into it. MSFS exits once you click OK. Already tried the following:1. Clear shader cache2. Clear WASM folder3. Restart MSFS. Same error again on the next attempt to load the aircraftHave never had this issue with any other add-on aircraft. Using RTX 4090/64G RAM and AMD 7850x3D
Thursday at 06:26 AM2 days Author Glad its not just me! Sorry to hear youre experiencing issues. Odd because the first flight was excellent but now it will just not load! My gpu temps were 51°C, hadnt touched anything in terms of updates etc to cause any issues. All other aircraft load fine. I am on a 5090. Really stuck what to do, and i cant find a work around
Thursday at 02:15 PM1 day Staff Hi everyone,This is an MSFS issue, that has been unfortunately happening for quite some time. Looking around online, I found this:After some research, it seems that the NVIDIA App might be part of the problem. Other users experienced similar crashes, and uninstalling the NVIDIA App resolved it for them.Let me know if that helps. Thanks! Kyle - Community Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
Thursday at 04:09 PM1 day Author Yeah, only started happening after my first use of the A380. I assume its due to loading times and windows freaking out. Absolutely incredible achievment with the A380, stunning

I have several add on aircraft including A350, PMDG and Fenix series etc. I have never encountered this for any of those add-ons. Have literally never seen this error previously. Thursday at 06:18 PM1 day Author I have never had it until i purchased the inibuilds a380. Just for reference. I think potentially it may be to due with windows and the time it takes the GPU to process the data? But then i have other highly detailed complex aircraft that dont suffer with this. Hopefully we find a solution

Using RTX 4090/64G RAM and AMD 7850x3DTo add more context to this, this seems to be occurring for me when I change the charts selection on the EFB from sim to Navigraph. As soon as I select Navigraph, the sim interaction freezes and the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error pops up after a few secs and then the sim closes. I confirmed this to happen regardless of whether I log into Navigraph first and then change the chart option or directly select the Navigraph chart option without logging into Navigraph. Above was confirmed after clean reinstall of NVIDIA drivers and using all default driver settings. Edited 6 hours ago6 hr by Bhavin

Was a wonderful experience now that I was able to get it in the air !
