Hi Team,

After putting my simbrief username into GSX (which it already was) and my Simbrief pilot ID into the EFB, I cannot get it to integrate , I just get reconnecting and also a notification in the EFB of GSX Websocket disconnected. Any ideas?

Hello I’ve been having the same issue since I downloaded the GSX PROFILE

For me the stairs and the bus are beside of the plane but not in the position and the gsx pax doesnt disembark from the bus to go to stairs which remains a few meters behind the plane doors.

Please confirm remote control server is enabled in your GSX settings.

Please ensure GSX is updated to the latest version and you have installed the Official A380 GSX profile.

Yes my GSX is on .23 version and tried with GSX profile and without with same results....

Make sure that when you imported the profile you do not have a folder in a folder.
Make sure the folder structure is as follows.

inibuilds-a380<800<gsx.cfg

I have the latest version of the GSX, Remote server is on and I have the GSX profile installed to AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\Airplanes\inibuilds-a380\800

GSX working fine in the 350
