Please also ensure your DEP/ARR is filled in. And other flight information.

I have exactly the same issue.

METAR is available via the EFB, but via ACAR --> WEATHER REQUEST I always have empty message

Hi !!!

I made a new test today
I prepared my flight on an airport that mentions CPDLC facilities (on IVAO)

 

I tried to logon with below parameters, but status stayed on LOGON IN PROGRESS

Anyway, I tried to request ATIS information

and as usual, obtained empty answer

Same concern on METAR Request

On EFB, information are available.

The services available will depend on what the controller is offering on the network.

Kindly see if this issue occurs again, with a different controller and let us know.
