You can see from the screenshot there is no way it's beyond its extension limit.Also annoyingly, I can't get GSX to dock jetways either with multi jetway tool installed.

As a temporary workaround, if you spawn in at the gate, try using the GSX reposition option to reposition yourself at the gate. This should allow the multi-jetway to function properly.As for GSX, correct, this is a limitation we're currently aware of, and we're awaiting further clarification from the GSX team.Thanks for your understanding and patience! I tried a number of the D gates and I had the same problem at every single one.It appears to be mixing up L1 and L2 doors as well.
