Using multi jetway tool. Ask jetway 2 to go to door 2L and it does this:

Also tried to get jetway one to L1 and I had an error message 'extension limit' or something like that. You can see from the screenshot there is no way it's beyond its extension limit.

Also annoyingly, I can't get GSX to dock jetways either with multi jetway tool installed.

Hi,

We've received a few reports of similar behavior. As a temporary workaround, if you spawn in at the gate, try using the GSX reposition option to reposition yourself at the gate. This should allow the multi-jetway to function properly.

As for GSX, correct, this is a limitation we're currently aware of, and we're awaiting further clarification from the GSX team.

I used the GSX reposition and it didn't make any difference. I tried a number of the D gates and I had the same problem at every single one.

It appears to be mixing up L1 and L2 doors as well. At some gates they just don't work at all:
