The first load triggers WASM module compilation. Restarting ensures all systems initialize cleanly and significantly reduces the chance of WASM crashes or instability during flight. This is especially important after updates or fresh installations.

Steps:

  1. Load the aircraft for the first time on any runway.

  2. Exit to main menu.

  3. Reload into Free Flight at your desired airport.

  4. Fly!
