Hi, ive installed the Heathrow airport and the multi jetway tool and the gsx profile. For some reason everytime i try to board gsx tells me no jetway close enough to any door. I tried operating the jetways through GSX and the multi jetway tool and none worked for me. Is anyone else having this issue? How do I fix it?

Yes, unfortunately, this is a limitation within GSX. We have reached out to the GSX team for further clarification, but we haven’t received a response yet.

Okay thanks for the fast response. Did you reach out about the multijetway tool or even just basic single jetway operation. Because for me even single jetway didnt work for some reason

When using a gate that has multi-jetway, single jetways will not work through GSX.

I just tested using a gate with only 1 jetway too like Gate 322 with the A350 and even then boarding in GSX didnt recognize a jetway. Will these gates not work with gsx?
