Purchased A300 doesn't show as purchased in iniManager

Hi, 

I purchased both the A300 and A310. I see the A310 in iniManager in the "Purchased" section but do not see the A300. I can see my A300 purchase when I log into my account (along with the serial #) but am unable to download.

Is there anything I need to do to get the A300 to show up?

Same problem here? Did u solved your problem?
I bought A300 5 months ago, using it with no problem in XP11.
3 days ago I bought A310, install inimanager for the first time, but I have only A310 in there, no A300? On website I have both of them under my account?

 

should I opet ticket ?
