Purchased A300 doesn't show as purchased in iniManager

Same problem here? Did u solved your problem? I bought A300 5 months ago, using it with no problem in XP11. 3 days ago I bought A310, install inimanager for the first time, but I have only A310 in there, no A300? On website I have both of them under my account? should I opet ticket ?
