Wednesday at 11:08 PM2 days Hi everyone,I recently purchased the A220 via the iniManager, but I am running into a major issue when loading the aircraft into the simulator.Problem description:Upon loading into a flight, I cannot power up the aircraft (electrical/power systems remain completely off/unresponsive).The EFB / tablet is functional, but the rest of the cockpit is completely dead.Main flight controls, throttles, sidestick, and some switches do not respond to any input.Toggling or changing the aircraft state (e.g. from Cold & Dark to GPU or Ready for Taxi/Flight) via the tablet makes no difference the aircraft remains completely unresponsive.Troubleshooting steps already attempted:Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the A220 through the iniManager.Manually deleted the WASM folder prior to reinstalling.Unfortunately, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this issue or knows a fix for it? Any guidance from the team or community would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Thursday at 08:38 PM1 day Same issues, tried ALL troubleshooting steps, including the above, several times. . MSFS 2024.Cockpit knobs have no interaction until you pause the sim and then come back into the plane. At that point the knobs work but nothing happens when you turn them.

I don't have MS2020 installed, but in my library after scrolling down, I found that I have two A220s in my 2024 library, the MS2024 version which I had disabled, but I also found a MS2020 version. Once I also disabled that version so that BOTH the 2024 and 2020 versions were disabled, I installed from Inimanager again and it is working. Thanks,Joe

10 hours ago10 hr I have the same issue. Purchased the aircraft yesterday (Sep 4) through iniManager, iniManager is on latest version. Had an uneventful first flight on MSFS 2020 and now the next day it just won't work. All lights of the aircraft are on, I can push buttons and turn knobs, but the aircraft won't react. I do not fully understand the troubleshooting steps with deleting the iniManager folder in Local and Roaming folders. As when I delete them and try to relaunch the iniManager, it just says that Windows cannot launch the app as it cannot find it anymore. Am I doing something wrong? It is so weird, as I had no issues yesterday and now all of a sudden nothing works.

4 hours ago4 hr Same for me. Today I have purchased and installed the A220 in MSFS2024, but I could not operate the aircraft at all. Some of the EFB functions do work, but setting for instance the aircraft status was not happening.I have followed the troubleshooting from inKyle, I deleted the existing iniManager as explained, and I installed the latest iniManager version (2.6.0). I have checked in the MSFS2024 Marketplace, if there is any other A220 installation avalable. There is one ASOBO A220 Family stream, which cannot be deactivated or uninstalled. I have tried to delete the file in the MSFS 2024 Store folder, with the effect, that it has been reinstalled, when starting the MSFS 2024 simulator. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the A220. Nothing changed, the A220 is still not serviceable.I find it very irritating. I have many different airliners in my Library, including some from iniBuilds. This is the first time that this happens. I expect, that there is an explanation and a solution for this issue.
