Hi there, I am experiencing engine shutdowns on engines 1 and 3 during cruise. I also use the flight engineer and let the flight engineer do the panels for me ı dont do anything extra. Is this a known issue or am ı doing something wrong? It seems the fuel is finished or not transferred. Any help?

I will try it tomorrow, thank you very much. I will write the result here🙏, but just an example. I haven't touched the fuel management system for thıs flight, but unfortunately 1 and 3 shut down. My onboard fuel was 21569 KG so I was supposed to feed tank-to-engine throughout the flight, but I still lost 2 engines.

I also encountered this during both a long haul and a short haul operations, in both cases tank-to-engine configuration was used according to the fuel level at the time (less than 28 tons). I'll make sure to note the level and possible try automatic balancing for another time.
