I am a non-Navigraph user. To import a SimBrief plan to FMC, after clicking the SEND button. The screen shows PENDING, and nothing can be done after PENDING, as the attachment shows. The button turns gray. Meanwhile, EFB import SimBrief works perfectly.

If I turn off using DATA to old Navigraph and delete the WASM folder. Then I can import SimBrief. Then I switch to using MSFS DATA it all works. But this solution only works once. I have to redo everything after a flight.

The A220 ships with AIRAC 2503. Can you please confirm that your SimBrief is also using AIRAC 2503?

In the meantime, if you’re able to join the Synaptic Discord, their team may be able to assist with troubleshooting. The community may also have already found a solution or workaround for this issue.

Thanks for the reply. My active SimBrief version is 2503.
I have also posted this issue on Discord and provided a temporary solution for users, but the solution I found is unstable.
My current version is 1.0.4. This bug is still there.
