iniBuilds Hong Kong (VHHH) Premium for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 v1.1.0 Released

v1.1.0 of iniBuilds Hong Kong (VHHH) Premium for MSFS 2024 has been released. This update introduces support for our new Multi-Jetway System, allowing compatible aircraft to connect to multiple passenger boarding bridges simultaneously. It also includes an updated Multi-Jetway Tool, a revised GSX profile, and a fix for an additional PAPI on Runway 07C.

Multi-Jetway Support Now Available

We're pleased to introduce our new Multi-Jetway System, now available at Hong Kong International! This update brings the latest iniBuilds Multi-Jetway tech to this global hub, allowing multiple passenger boarding bridges to connect to compatible aircraft simultaneously, bringing an even greater level of realism to your turnaround experience.

Multi-Jetway Tool Update

The Multi-Jetway Tool has been updated for compatibility with the latest VHHH update.

To install the latest version:

1. Open the product page of any compatible scenery in the iniManager.

2. Expand the Multi-Jetway Tool section.

3. Click Uninstall on the existing installation.

4. Once complete, click Install to download the latest version.

GSX Profile Update

An updated GSX profile is required for compatibility with the latest VHHH update. The updated profile is available to download via the product page.

Known Limitations

Due to the custom nature of the Multi-Jetway System and current simulator architecture, the following limitations currently apply:

Default Input Events

The standard Toggle Jetway command is not compatible with the custom jetways. As a result, they cannot be operated using:

• The default Microsoft Flight Simulator ATC menu.

• Built-in aircraft EFB "Operate Jetways" functions.

• Third-party ground handling utilities.

AI Traffic

AI aircraft can park at compatible gates but will not operate the custom jetways, as they cannot detect them.

GSX Compatibility

The Multi-Jetway System has been designed to work alongside the wider Microsoft Flight Simulator ecosystem, including GSX. However, some limitations currently exist:

• GSX may display "BAD JETWAY DATA" when operating jetways, as it does not recognise the custom jetway state.

• Although airport profiles suppress ground stairs in favour of jetway boarding, GSX is currently unable to detect when the custom jetways are connected and may dispatch stairs instead.

We have been in contact with FSDreamTeam regarding these compatibility issues and are awaiting further feedback. We'll provide updates as soon as we have more information.
