KMDT XPlane 12 - Missing Files / Install Issue

Hello,

Purchased KMDT for XPLane 12 a few days ago, installed using iniManager. The airport is not installing correcting as the textures are missing and not included in the download and I cannot find them with the included links since the links are broken. I tried to find a solution via Google and found there are some Ortho4XP (I believe that's the correct term) missing. I did read the install text file but it's of no help. I'd like to get the airport to work (render properly) but cannot locate instructions that provide the location of the files to download or the process to install them.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Or know what files are needed and where to get them?

Sorry if I'm not using the correct terms or desribing the issue correctly. I've been a long time user of P3D and Microsoft so XPlane is new to me.
