I have just purchased the MMUN (Cancún International Airport) scenery from the iniBuilds Store, but unfortunately it is not working properly in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

I have installed the scenery as instructed, but I am experiencing issues that prevent me from enjoying the product as expected.

Could you please let me know if there is a known fix, an update, or any troubleshooting steps I should follow?

If no solution is available, I would like to request a refund for this purchase.

Although we sell the Macco Simulations Scenery on our Webstore and Manager, we do not actually own the scenery. You will have to reach out to Macco Simulations directly regarding any fixes/updates in a case like this which can be done here: https://maccosim.com/pages/contact
