Exactly 😁

My ex-wife did not like that i had so much patience, she eventually would end up telling me that i had the patience of a dead cow.. 😁

Is there a way to download and install sceneries without the inimanager? I was about to get Chicago and another scenery but now I’m hesitant as I may not be able to install.

UPDATE

over in the discord channel lots of discussion on the same issue, seems that if you can get into your internet settings and turn off your internet security all works. This im sure would be a temp workaround though until the team can resolve the issue surrounding the security certificates. I verified through my ISP (xfinity in the USA) that they were blocking access to the inimanager and I turned off the advanced security, however I am waiting until myself or my son can get into my computer to check to see if it worked.. I will update when I find out..

Thanks, John. By turning off internet security, do you mean via windows defender? Could you point me in the right direction please šŸ™šŸ‘.

Its sadly not working for me. Still gets blocked and I still get forwarded to the Telekom blocking page.

In the WIndows defender it does not make any difference for me. Please share once you have an update :D

@PeterZ KCLE EDDN

it must be hit or miss.. earlier this morning i allowed the inimanager.exe through the windows defender firewall and that did not work for me either. You go into your START --> SETTINGS --> PRVACY AND SECURITY --> WINDOWS SECURITY --> FIREWALL & NETWORK PROTECTION --> ALLOW AN APP THROUGH FIREWALL. But that did not work for me nor @Schaf

You need to get into your ISP settings and turn off your advanced security.. I dont know how to do that except for xfinity here in the USA. Again I think that is only going to be a temp fix though until the inibuilds team can grasp what is going on in the background

Sadly, my ISP does not provide such an option :( Hopefully Ini finds a permanent solution soon.

now i understand why the comment you made earlier about your ISP provider vs your employer... And the jury is still out with me as I cannot deny nor confirm yet if turning off the xfinity ISP advanced security actually worked for me.

I have faith that Ini should find that solution, Discord (besides us here) is blowing up with this issue as well and they (Inibuilds) is acknowledging and working on it..

Thank you John šŸ‘

Did you get it fixed?

UPDATE for me... (and I updated my support ticket as well)

The temp fix for me with turning off the advanced security on the xfinity ISP settings worked. My son was able to check and has access into the inimanger now.

But the issue still needs resolving on inibuilds side.. the temp fix works though

Hi everyone...

Just got a response in my troubleshooting support ticket from Inibuilds

They are telling me they are investigating the issue to see if they can patch it on their side...

Happy Friday, sounds to me like they are working on it

I hope everyone gets into their inimanagers and that we get a permanent fix soon.

i put in a ticket...i bought the scenary from my phone to get home to find out i couldnt install ...gutted...but its all good

Same problem here. Just bought KORD but the iniManager is stuck. Started yesterday. Bad idea to buy today I guess. I bought it not through the app but through the site. Automatically directs me to the download through the app and there it's stuck.

This is the message I received after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Anyone know what it means?
