I'm trying to submit an altitude change request in Beyond ATC, but I cannot get the ATC REQ DISPL* text to change from gray to blue. Is there something I'm missing to send this sorta request properly?

I also have problems requesting a direct to a particular waypoint - no way that I can see to send the message to the DCDU and then to ATC.

This is still an issue with the current experimental build of BATC: requesting direct to a waypoint or a new flight level does not work in the ATC COMM menu.

Hello, from what BATC has told me, this is only something that the iniBuilds development team can investigate and get working properly:

It’s their interface. They can pull data from BATC’s CPDLC end point and they can send information to it. I can’t see what they’re missing or need BATC to do myself. If you’re logged on then I can’t see why it wouldn’t be available for you to press.

The condition of which that option is enabled/disabled is Ini’s code so only they know why it’s greyed out.
