From the instantly recognisable terminal and apron layout to the surrounding docklands environment, this project has focused on capturing the atmosphere and character of one of the UK's most distinctive airports. While London City may be smaller than many international hubs, its density, complexity, and unique operating environment made it an incredibly rewarding airport to recreate.

Every aspect of the airport has been carefully crafted, from the stands, taxiways, and service roads through to the surrounding infrastructure and cityscape, delivering an immersive experience whether you're arriving over the Thames or departing into the London skyline.

We've placed a huge emphasis on the details that define the airport, including accurate airside layouts, bespoke ground textures, custom markings, realistic equipment placement, and the distinctive urban backdrop that makes every arrival and departure a true challenge, especially in those windier conditions.
