PMS Pages do not auto display with phase of flight, and Landing Vth cannot be entered

As per the title: certain PMS pages are meant to auto-display during changes to the phase of flight. They do not, and must be manually selected.

Additionally, the Landing page has a field for the Vth with --- shown. It cannot be selected and entered.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
