Hi, I have a problem. Every time I detach the jetway to my Airbus A320neo v2 aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, the jetway does not detach all the way to the plane nor does the jetway touch the plane. So can you please show me exactly how to fix the problem? Thank you so much for your help.

That’s usually caused by incorrect parking alignment or a scenery compatibility issue with the A320neo v2. Try parking exactly on the stop marker, turn off external ground handling mods, and test at a default Asobo airport to see if the jetway attaches correctly there.
