    This looks like a recent Xbox issue with live traffic on the A350 ND. Mine disappeared too after the last update and only shows correctly on the EFB map.

    That’s usually caused by incorrect parking alignment or a scenery compatibility issue with the A320neo v2. Try parking exactly on the stop marker, turn off external ground handling mods, and test at a default Asobo airport to see if the jetway attaches correctly there.
